Ultipro in Mississippi seeks a production/quality associate to ensure product specifications are met, inspect items, and maintain GMP hygiene standards in a cold processing environment.

The role involves identifying defects, separating nonconforming pieces, and reporting any abnormalities to supervision, with a full-day standing shift.

Qualificações

• Understand customer specifications for each product.
• Visually inspect products and identify defects.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP compliance.
• Identify and report abnormal or suspicious situations to supervision.
• Physical demands include working at 38°F and standing/walking throughout shift.

Responsabilidades

• Visually scan multiple pieces of product and realign misshapen items.
• Visually scan multiple pieces of product and manually separate marriages.
• Inspect products for natural defects (e.g., bruises, blood spots) and processing defects.
• Identify and report suspicious or abnormal situations to supervisor or plant management.
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness per GMP policies.
• Work at 38°F and stand/walk 100% of the workday.

• Know and understand the customer specifications for each product.
• Visually scan multiple pieces of product and manually realign any misshapen items.
• Visually scan multiple pieces of product and manually separate marriages.
• Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.
• Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects.

o Natural occurring defects i.e. bruises and blood spots.

o Processing defects would be but not limited to foreign material and out of spec product.

Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to their immediate supervisor or plant management official.

Abnormal situation would be:

Unauthorized employees in restricted areas

Situation where a belief that product adulteration may be occurring

Equipment malfunction that may put product wholesomeness at stake

Physical Demands:

• Working at temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit
• Standing / walking 100% of the workday
