Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover everyday joy through welcoming service and organized, visually appealing displays. You will maintain floor presentation, assist with fitting rooms, and support rapid, friendly guest interactions throughout shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, handling merchandise, executing price changes and promotions, and ensuring a clean, safe sales floor for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Guest-first service mindset and able to assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Strong operations focus and ability to keep floor stocked, priced, and signed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active retail environment.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signs.
• Use store tools to track sales and inventory to assist guests.
• Sort freight and position merchandise on the floor per business needs.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenish stock to keep the floor full.
• Assist guests at the fitting rooms and on the sales floor as needed.
