Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guest experiences on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help maintain visual standards, stock merchandise, and assist guests with style selections while working as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving retail environment is a plus.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the floor ready for guests with visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests by meeting their needs on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.
• Maintain floor merchandising, restock merchandise, and support price changes as required.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and assist with backroom organization.
