Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to bring the energy of style to life on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, helping guests discover products, restock, price, and merchandise to create an inviting, easy-to-shop environment.

You will work in a fast-paced store, collaborating with teammates, supporting guest services, backroom organization, and drive-up/order pickup support while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Sort truck freight and push merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability and replenish stock to keep the floor full.
• Assist guests on fitting rooms and answer questions to improve the guest experience.
• Support cash register operations and adhere to safety policies.
