Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests with a welcoming, fashion-forward experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help maintain attractive, accurately priced displays and assist guests with product selections to build their shopping baskets.

The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, fast-paced teamwork, and flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, with training provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills at Target.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
