Target is seeking a Style Consultant to provide an exceptional guest experience, maintain organized presentation, and drive sales on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will uphold visual merchandising standards and help guests discover products that fit their style.

You will handle freight, set up displays, and support price changes while keeping stock levels full and accessible. A welcoming attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically active role
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with using store technologies and handheld scanners

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room
• Sort freight, stock merchandise, and set up floor presentations
• Support price changes and promotional signage
• Ensure backroom organization and replenishment to maintain product availability
