Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help customers with product knowledge, maintain visual merchandising, and support inventory and pricing processes to create a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training will cover all store operations and guest services to help you succeed.
