You will drive results, build high performing teams, and elevate the MAPS customer experience through coaching, inventory control, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer- and product-focused sales culture.
• Oversees basic store operations including opening and closing duties.
• Supervises sales and inventory-related tasks and ensures floor coverage.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and promotions.
• Trains and coaches the selling team on product knowledge.
• Leads clienteling and wardrobing efforts.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly.
