The Sales Lead will supervise selling, training, and floor coverage, while ensuring an exceptional register experience and adherence to policies. This is a full-time, on-site role likely located within the U.S. retail network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer and product-focused sales culture to maximize profitability.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and merchandise flow processes.
• Supervises sales associates and cash handling; manages weekly schedules within fiscal guidelines.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
• Develops a high-performance culture and motivates the team to meet sales goals.
• Trains and coaches staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Assists locate fulfillment and selling as needed.
