Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to energize in-store styling and guest experiences. You will maintain visual presentations, assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and support stock replenishment to keep the floor fully stocked and inviting.

This role requires a flexible schedule, physical stamina for fast-paced work, and a friendly, proactive attitude to help guests discover products and trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced, physical work.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to assist guests across store
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with replenishment and pricing.
