Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guest experiences and in-store merchandising. You will ensure the floor is well-stocked, accurately priced, and inviting, while helping guests find apparel and accessories.

You will use store tools to monitor sales and inventory, assist with replenishment, and keep the fitting rooms welcoming and efficient. This role requires a flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to handle physical duties on a busy retail

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail basics including inventory, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of trends in apparel, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to guest priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring experience.
• Support price changes and signing for merchandising effectiveness.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and help guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise to the floor.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all duties.
• Work safely and comply with policies; report hazards when found.
