Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory needs.
• Sort truck freight and place merchandise on the sales floor and backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and floor stock through fills and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and loading of merchandise for fulfillment.
• Remerchandise displays as items sell through to maintain inspiration.
• Assist price changes and signing for promotions and clearance.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests.
• Assist guests with fulfillment, pickups, and general needs throughout the day.
