Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Minnesota to warmly welcome guests, support sales, and keep the floor inviting and well merchandised. You will handle stock, pricing, and fitting rooms while delivering an exceptional guest experience across peak hours.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication, with training provided to master store tools, promotions, and safety protocols, including the Drive-Up and OPU processes.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Support guest service fundamentals across the store and uphold a guest-first culture.
• Handle department sales trends, inventory, pricing, and basic visual merchandising.
• Stay informed on industry trends, style, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to guest needs.
• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as needed.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price changes and signing and keep fitting rooms welcoming and functional.
• Assist with back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up tasks while maintaining safety and compliance.
