Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Minneapolis to welcome guests, assist with product discovery, and maintain an engaging in-store experience. You will help keep the floor full, accurately priced and signed, and support guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

We offer training to develop skills in guest service, merchandising, and store operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak shopping times is common, with a focus on collaborative teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Strong interest in apparel and style.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push stock to floor, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Maintain fitting rooms and support guest services such as pickup and Drive-Up.
