Job summary

Qualifications

• Our guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns.
• Industry trends: style, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales data, inventory ownership, and use tools to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability by completing priority and merchandising fills.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing execution and promotions.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all tasks.
• Work safely and report hazards; comply with policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up with compliance.
