Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first attitude on the selling floor.
• Understanding of department sales trends, inventory basics, pricing and promotions.
• Awareness of style trends and brand presentation.
• Ability to set, fill, and price the floor to reflect guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready presentation with clear signage.
• Use store tools to review sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Move freight to the floor and locate merchandise per business needs.
• Maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides on the floor.
• Keep product availability high and perform regular replenishment.
