Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signing and staying knowledgeable on assortment.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by priority fills and merchandising.
• Execute backroom organization and replenishment activities.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price changes with proper signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire and help guests.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up while ensuring safety and compliance.
