• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing
• Understand sales and inventory to support guest needs
• Sort freight and push to the sales floor to meet business needs
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and merchandising
• Support backroom organization and replenishment
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience
• Assist with price changes and signage for clear merchandising
• Maintain fitting rooms and greet guests to create a welcoming environment
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and Drive-Up and maintain compliance
