Job summary

Target in Raleigh is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will ensure a welcoming, helpful atmosphere, maintain floor presentation, and support replenishment and guest services throughout the day.

The role emphasizes strong operations, guest experience, and brand presentation, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training opportunities accompany day-to-day duties and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the salesfloor to meet business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization and assist replenishment and guest requests.
• Remer merchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes including clearance merchandising and signing.
