Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will support visual merchandising, pricing, and product availability while staying knowledgeable about our assortments and brand offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and execute replenishment to keep the floor full.
