Gap in New Orleans is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent service, educate shoppers about loyalty programs, and drive sales through engaging, omni‑channel experiences.

You’ll partner with leadership to create a best‑in‑class in-store experience, maintain a neat work area, and help with inventory, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house tasks while upholding Gap’s standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused service orientation and ability to engage with customers on the sales floor.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and drive sales.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities
