Job summary

Target is looking for a Style Consultant in California to help guests on the floor and in fitting rooms. You will keep the floor stocked, accurately priced, and visually engaging, while delivering a great guest experience.

You will support guest services, operate store tools, and assist with backroom organization. The role requires flexibility, a fast pace, and a safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, supporting guest needs.
• Sort freight and replenish merchandise to maintain floor availability.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and assist replenishment and guest requests.
• Assist with back-up cashier duties and guest services as needed.
