Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Move freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure product availability and full floor presence through priority fills and merchandising.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Re-merchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing during promotions.
• Support fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist in fulfillment and guest needs to bring items back to the floor.
• Adhere to safety and ethical conduct at all times.
• Safely perform duties and report hazards.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while complying with laws.
• Greet guests and engage helpfully to solve their needs.
• Thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
