Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests find the joy of everyday life through strong guest service, motivating product displays, and efficient store operations. You will be on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, delivering a welcoming experience while maintaining accurate signage and pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales trends and product assortment to assist guests.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to sales floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides for a compelling shopping experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floorpad through priority and manual fills.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup while ensuring compliance with policies.
