Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Effective communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and promotions.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and stock shelves to ensure merchandise is available and properly presented.
• Set visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
