Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our Portland-area store. You will help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is well-stocked, accurately priced, and visually compelling.

You will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience and support guest services as needed. You should enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor, locating merchandise in the backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a fully stocked floor with accurate pricing and signing.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while maintaining safety and compliance.
