Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Huntsville, AL to help guests discover great style while keeping the sales floor inviting and organized. You will assist guests, manage fitting rooms, and support merchandising and price changes with accuracy and guest focus.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service and communication skills, enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, and are flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and a guest-first culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding retail environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight and relocate merchandise to the sales floor.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and perform priority fills.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver inspiring shopping experiences.
• Support price changes and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs throughout the day.
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies.
• Work safely and report hazards.
