Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion and style on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will support merchandising presentations, pricing accuracy, and a clean, organized store environment while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will join a team that values guest-first culture, teamwork, and flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and in-store skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with handheld scanners and store devices

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by priority fills and merchandising.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price changes with proper signing and merchandising practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Return merchandise from fitting room to floor to fulfill guest needs.
• Commit to safety, ethics and compliance in every task.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, order pickup and drive-up with accuracy.
