Target seeks a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion and maintain an inviting, well-merchandised sales floor. You will support guest services, price the floor, and execute visual standards to create a quick, easy self-discovery shopping experience.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected in this active, fast-paced role. You will collaborate with teammates, operate handheld scanners, and stay informed on product assortments to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills in fast-paced settings.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
• Remain focused and composed during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support guest service and uphold a guest-first culture.
• Set, fill, and price floor per visual standards.
• Drive sales and keep floor ready for guests.
• Use store tools to analyze sales and inventory.
• Move merchandise from stock to floor as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Assist with price changes and signings as required.
• Ensure fitting rooms welcome guests and assist as needed.
• Maintain safety, ethics, and compliance.
