Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, maintain floor presentation, and assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will help guests discover products, provide friendly service, and ensure the floor is stocked, priced, and signed with the right sizes and colors.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor to keep inventory available.
