Target is hiring a Style Consultant to engage guests, manage merchandise, and maintain an attractive and organized selling floor. You will contribute to sales through strong guest interaction, merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and safety. Training will cover customer service fundamentals and product knowledge to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with correct pricing and signage.
• Understand sales and inventory to support guest needs.
• Handle truck freight and move merchandise to the floor as needed.
• Set visual displays and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain floor availability through priority and manual fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Assist with price changes and signings.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and order pickup.
• Create a welcoming shopping environment and thank guests for shopping with Target.
