Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant in Kalispell, MT to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through outstanding service and strong visual merchandising.

You will drive sales on the sales floor and in the fitting room, maintain floor readiness, and support price changes and backroom organization. The role requires a friendly, energetic team player who can handle busy store conditions with a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards and signage, staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
