• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within timeframes

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage
• Understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs using store tools
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing priority and regular fills
• Ensure backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting rooms and sales floors
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and training
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, pickup, and Drive-Up while adhering to applicable laws
