Target is hiring a Style Consultant to welcome guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, delivering a high-energy, guest-focused shopping experience. You will contribute to maintaining attractive visual merchandising and ensure all products are accurately priced and signed to help guests discover the right items.

Candidates should enjoy helping others and be prepared for a fast-paced, physically active environment with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and ensuring correct pricing.
• Support guest needs with knowledge of assortment and brand offerings.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in backroom based on needs.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space and assist guests throughout the day.
• Maintain and replenish floor stock to keep products readily available.
