Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist with apparel selections, and keep the sales floor visually appealing and organized. You will support guests on the shop floor and in the fitting room, ensuring correct pricing and signage while maintaining stock and backroom organization.

The role requires comfort with fast-paced, physical work, teamwork, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight and replenish merchandise on the floor and in backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain fitting rooms and support guest needs throughout the day.
• Assist with backroom organization and fulfillment tasks as required.
• Provide welcoming guest interactions and comply with safety policies.
