Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests with fashion needs, manage stock, and maintain an inviting store environment. The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Training will equip you with product knowledge, store tools, and merchandising skills.

You’ll contribute to a fast-paced sales floor, assist with signage, pricing, and curbside or in-store guest services while upholding safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing visual standards and signage to assist guests.
• Understand sales and inventory to support guest needs and questions.
• Sort freight and stock shelves to keep floor ready.
• Set up visual presentations to enhance guest experience and brand offering.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority fills.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment activities.
• Remerchandise and refresh displays as items sell through.
• Support price changes and promotions with clear signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms and guest services flow.
• Support Drive-Up and Order Pick Up duties as needed.
• Always adhere to safety, ethics and company policies.
