Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills in a busy retail setting.
• Work independently and with a team to support guests and store goals.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
• Capable of staying focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales, inventory, and promotions to assist guests.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floor coverage with urgent replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising practices.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
