Job summary

Target in Reston, VA is hiring a Style Consultant to join our guest-focused team on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will help guests discover products, support merchandising standards, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

A typical day includes assisting guests, processing merchandise, restocking, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a clean, organized, and visually compelling store.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and guest-first mindset.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 15 lb and occasional 44 lb merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with proper merchandising.
• Sort freight and stock shelves, ensuring correct pricing and signing.
• Set up visual displays and maintain visual merchandising guides.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and replenishment.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, pickup and Drive-Up.
