Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a high-energy, guest-friendly experience. You will help maintain the floor, price signage, and keep the assortment properly displayed while collaborating with teammates across shifts.

The role requires strong guest service, flexibility in scheduling, and a passion for apparel. Expect a fast-paced store environment with active customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service focus and ability to assist guests.
• Ability to operate scanners and POS systems.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signed signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set visual presentations and guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability through priority and merchandising fills.
