Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the salesfloor and in fitting rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment and accurate pricing. You will support planograms, stock replenishment, and promotional signage, while delivering a high-energy shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adaptability in a fast-paced, retail setting. Training is provided to develop product knowledge, in-store presentation skills, and compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signing.

• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backrooms.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills as needed.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to serve guests.
