Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant in San Diego to help guests discover fashion and complete purchases. You will manage stock, support visual merchandising, and assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow within Target.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage guests and provide helpful service.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physically active roles.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 15–44 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and clear signing.
• Understand sales and inventory to assist guests and support replenishment.
• Move freight from trucks to the sales floor and backroom when needed.
• Set up and refresh visual merchandising to showcase brand offerings.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by completing priority fills and merchandising.
• Assist guests at fitting rooms and during checkout to ensure a positive experience.
