Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and willingness to help guests.
• Able to work in fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn POS and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Restock and organize backroom and floor according to business needs.
• Keep fitting rooms welcoming and assist guests.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and Drive-Up.
