Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests, maintain store presentation, and support merchandise replenishment. You will engage with guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training will cover product knowledge and store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service mindset and the ability to help guests across the store floor and fitting rooms.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physically active roles requiring teamwork and problem solving.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and accurate signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise based on business needs.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and replenish on the floor to keep it ready for guests.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to assist guest requests.
