Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, assist with finding fashion items, and maintain appealing visual presentations on the sales floor. You will help with merchandising, price signage, and floor readiness to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities include supporting guest services, processing backroom replenishment, and participating in promotions while maintaining safety and compliance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Interacting with guests to assist and guide shopping experiences.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-activity retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to track sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Prepare and merchandise floor sets, price signage, and organize backstock.
• Maintain fitting rooms and guest service areas to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all tasks.
