Responsibilities

• Drive sales and present a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides for guests.
• Maintain floor availability and execute priority fills and replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and merchandise flow throughout the day.
• Remerchandise presentations to create an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing execution.
• Greet guests and engage to solve their needs.
