Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory; assist guests.
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the floor; locate items in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority and merchandising fills.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell; refresh displays.
• Support price changes and signing; keep fitting rooms welcoming.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest requests; back-out to salesfloor as needed.
• Adhere to safety, policies, and ethical conduct at all times.
