Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, provide exceptional service, and support store merchandising on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help maintain a visually appealing environment and assist guests with product recommendations.

Ideal candidates thrive in a busy setting, are team players, and can adapt to varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and technology.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to monitor sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push to sales floor, and locate merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floor with priority fills and merchandising.
