Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our retail team in a fast-paced store environment. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, keeping the floor stocked, priced, and signposted to support easy self-discovery.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. You will contribute to visual merchandising and process improvements while delivering an inspiring shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the floor ready with visual merchandising and on-brand signing.

• Assist with stocking, backroom organization, and replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Maintain fitting rooms and support guest service with cashier back-up as needed.
• Support price changes and promotions execution to reflect current offers.
• Engage with guests to provide a welcoming shopping experience and respond to questions.
