Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to deliver an outstanding guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help guests discover fashion and style, keep a welcoming, organized store, and support merchandising and pricing to drive sales.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service excellence.

• Strong guest service and communication skills.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, deliver a welcoming in-store experience.
• Maintain floor presentation, pricing, and product availability.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and promotions.
• Assist with checkout, order pickup, and drive-up tasks as needed.
• Support backroom organization and stock replenishment.
