Target is seeking a Style Consultant to engage guests, manage the sales floor, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room while keeping merchandise stocked, priced, and well-presented.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including nights and weekends. Prior retail familiarity helps, and training will build product knowledge and operations skills.

• Maintain product availability and full floor presence through merchandising.
• Support replenishment and guest requests with backroom organization.
